  • Prices may change at any time for future services or subscription cycles.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, designs, frameworks, graphics, logos, videos, training, and software components, is the exclusive property of kAIsyn and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Republish

any content from kAIsyn without written permission.

kAIsyn grants you a non-transferable internal-use license for any deliverables created as part of a client engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client-Submitted Content

By submitting content, data, system information, workflows, or files to kAIsyn, you confirm:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it
  • You grant kAIsyn a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of providing services
  • You will not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing materials

We do not claim ownership of your business data or proprietary information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

kAIsyn shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
  • loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or financial losses
  • errors, omissions, or delays in services
  • actions or decisions made based on recommendations or consulting advice

Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you to kAIsyn in the 60 days preceding the claim.

No guarantees or warranties are provided regarding particular business outcomes.

8. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:
